We had good intentions of riding to Martha's Menu Restaurant in Corinth, MS however Mother Nature intervened and as the pictures show we were huddled under a bank drive thru in Collierville. We had torrential rain for about 30 minutes. It was decided by the 13 members on 8 Bikes in attendance that it would be best to eat at Barnhill's Buffet in Collierville. 
We had to get out of the Kroger parking lot at the Poplar Avenue exit, the Byhalia Road exit was flooded and the street blocked by the police. The water at the entrance to Barnhill's was about 8" deep too. We all made it without any problem and had a great dinner. As Billy mentioned the local farmers should hire MTR to ride around their property as we seem to attract rain and in some cases hail on our rides.
